Is the free tier a trial?
No. The free tier is permanent, has no credit card requirement, and remains available after the introductory full-access offer ends.
What happens after the 60-day introductory launch offer?
The account drops to the permanent free tier. Data is retained; if you have more active aquarium systems than the free tier allows, you choose which one stays active.
Is the enhanced AI included in the launch offer?
Yes. The launch offer uses the enhanced model with full module access, capped at 10 AI questions/day.
Is Telemetry available now?
The Telemetry app is live and you can set alert ranges, but no controller integrations are connected yet, so there is no live sensor data until manufacturer partnerships ship.
